ChatRaha – Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ChatRaha. If the laws of your country require a higher minimum age for online services (e.g., 16+), you must meet that requirement.

By using ChatRaha, you confirm that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement, and
• You are legally capable of entering into these Terms.

2. User Account and Registration

To use certain features of ChatRaha, you may need to register an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information,
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials,
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ChatRaha in any way that:

1. Violates any local, national, or international laws;
2. Harms, threatens, or exploits minors;
3. Sends spam, scams, or misleading content;
4. Uploads or shares illegal, harmful, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content;
5. Harasses, bullies, impersonates, or abuses other users;
6. Interferes with the Service, servers, or networks;
7. Attempts to reverse-engineer, modify, or copy the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to ChatRaha ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to:

• Store, display, reproduce, and process your User Content
• Operate, improve, and personalize the Service

You represent that your content does not infringe the rights of others.

5. AI-Generated Content

ChatRaha may offer features that generate audio, video, images, or messages using AI technologies.

You understand and agree that:

• AI outputs may be unpredictable or inaccurate,
• You must not use AI features to create harmful, deceptive, or illegal content,
• You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, design elements, and software related to ChatRaha are owned by ChatRaha and protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. Payment and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you purchase premium features:

• All fees are displayed clearly before purchase
• Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds follow the policies of the respective app marketplace

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ChatRaha if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChatRaha is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service,
• Error-free or secure operation,
• Accuracy of AI-generated content.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatRaha is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
• Loss of data, profits, or reputation,
• Harm resulting from user actions or third-party conduct.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Oman.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

We will notify users by updating the "Last Updated" date or through the app.

Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
